Interaction with Humpback Whales around Tonga October 2013 led to an unforeseen encounter with a pod of 22 Sperm Whales.
While swimming beside the lead whale I became evenly surrounded by 8 adult Sperm Whales in a petal formation, they proceeded to saturate me with high density encoded sonic pulses. (coda)
After thousands of hours in the water with dolphins, often alone, this was a whole other level of encounter, an initiation to a new phase of cetacean consciousness...
